Founded in 1957, Landscape Alberta Nursery Trades Association (Landscape Alberta) is the official trade association for the ornamental horticultural industry in Alberta. Landscape Alberta members are involved in every facet of the industry, including nursery and sod production, landscape construction and maintenance (including lawn and tree care), retail garden centres and industry suppliers. Landscape Alberta produces an annual trade show, lobbies government on legislative issues and offers conferences, seminars and programs for its members in areas of technical knowledge, business management, human resource management, and marketing. It also represents its members to other organizations in the green industry.
