On the buy-side, we work with ambitious acquisitive businesses and investment professionals by providing market mapping, acquisition targeting and deal origination services. On the sell-side, we act as an extension of an M&A firm by providing critical back-office deal support including international buyer research and deal documentation such as Confidential Information Memorandums. For some clients, we go a step further and provide buyer outreach services so our clients can focus solely on closing deals from the interest we generate.
