In the podcast we talk about all things that are difficult or uncomfortable because of the fears, limiting beliefs, or biases we attach to ourselves. We've also curated COF to be a place where people can meet, learn and gain new perspectives through experiencing something together - whether it’s through travel, learning a new skill, or activity. About the Host Sharmaine is a curiosity-driver. She helps drive out the hidden curiosities that most people have misplaced or abandoned for childhood. She loves finding new ad|ventures that pushes her to grow and evolve. That is how she found herself in sunny San Diego as a travel nurse from Hawaii. Her hobbies include: traveling, acroyoga, free-diving or anything outdoor or health & wellness related.
