Normally operating from custom built premises in North Road, Guildford, our specialist staff team provide a comprehensive range of services. We support people in Surrey who have experienced and acquired or traumatic brain injury. Cognitive and social rehabilitation, including executive skills, memory, decision making, planning, prioritising, appropriate behaviour and many more issues, so that they can live well with their brain injury. We also support their families and carers cope with the traumatic changes that they have to adapt to. We spend time educating and raising awareness with the general public, health and social professionals. The people we help may have their brain injury from a stroke, road traffic accident, sporting injury, cycling, riding, work injury, trip, fall, assault, tumour, aneurysm, meningitis, Covid-19, encephalitis and other medical reasons. Some will be with us long term, and others may be able to volunteer and even return to paid employment. Whatever the issue, if it relates to their brain injury we will support them or signpost them to relevant services.
