GB Legacy Homes, LLC is a professional, full service real estate solutions company that buys and sells properties throughout Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. We specialize in buying distressed homes at a significant discount, and renovating and reselling them to retail home buyers and landlords. Founded in 2016 by Kyle and Brooke Kleeberger, GB Legacy Homes is excited to be part of the area’s renaissance and we aspire to continue contributing to the economic rejuvenation of Northwest Ohio and its neighborhoods.
