It comprises of seven divisions, each of which specialises in a different area: -Challenge-trg Recruitment – provides skilled temporary workers to meet planned and urgent resource demands, whether it’s on the road or in the warehouse. -Challenge Logistics – a comprehensive and transparent sub-contracting service, which is able to meet client demand by utilising Challenge Transport trucks, or our 4,000-strong temporary workforce to meet demand. -Challenge Training – offers first-class CPC driver training, specific warehouse training which is focused, and tailored to meet the particular needs of the industry, resulting in a more skilled, motivated and loyal workforce. -Phoenix Training Services – has been in operation since 1994, offering free and funded training through Government training initiatives.
