Ted Richardson is a multi-diciplined audio professional. A producer and engineer who was mentored under Shelly Yakus (John Lennon, Tom Petty, U2) and Artie Kornfeld (co-creator of Woodstock, Capitol Records, writer, producer), Ted has the proficiency to understand what the artist is “going for”. A musician and multi-instrumentalist with a deep comprehension of voice, guitar, bass, drums, percussion, piano, and electronic instruments, Ted makes it his business to help artists exceed their own expectations. Ted produces and records in various studios in and around beautiful Philadelphia, PA, and is a master of live recording, traditional recording techniques, and new technology. He is great at working with full bands as well as singer-songwriters, has an incredible stable of musicians he calls on regularly to help achieve the sound his clients are after (amazing drums! soaring strings! blaring horns!), and is skilled at writing arrangements.
