The Hillsdale College Investment Club (HCIC) was established in Sept. 2014 under the direction of a small group of students. Our club is run by undergraduates, supervised by faculty advisers, and currently manages a $80,000 portion of the Hillsdale Endowment. For those interested in the financial industry, our club unites students of all majors to pursue real-life experience that cannot be attained within the classroom. We meet twice a week to discuss market analysis and listen to stock and ETF presentations, wherein club analysts pitch potential holdings within our portfolio. Club members are then given the opportunity to vote on each presentation before executing a trade. The Hillsdale College Investment Club offers qualified and motivated students the ability to gain authentic experience in the capital markets, as well as the opportunity to interact and work with like-minded students
