L’Accademia Koefia negli anni ha sviluppato un metodo basato sulla costruzione del cartamodello sul manichino, come il metodo moulage francese. Dal 1951 l’Accademia KOEFIA prepara gli studenti attraverso un triennio fortemente orientato alla componente pratica del mestiere. Il percorso didattico è completo: dal progetto disegnato alla creazione del cartamodello; dal prototipo in tela sartoriale alla realizzazione dell’abito in tessuto con i criteri e le tecniche sartoriali dell’Alta Moda. Lo studente KOEFIA è uno studente capace di intervenire in qualsiasi momento del percorso creativo che vede nascere un abito completo da uno schizzo su un foglio. . Lo studente KOEFIA, a fine del suo percorso di studi, esibisce un abito, realizzato durante l’ultimo semestre, all’interno della manifestazione ALTAROMA ALTAMODA, e partecipa a numerose altre iniziative in Italia e all’estero. Over the years, Koefia Academy has developed a method based on the constructions of paper patterns directly on the mannequin, as the French moulage method. Since 1951, Koefia Academy prepares students through a Bachelor Course highly weighted to the practical component of the work. The Educational Path is all-embracing: from project design, to the creation of paper patterns; from canvas prototype, to the making of a woven dress: in accordance with the criteria and the techniques of Haute-Couture tailoring. A Koefia student is able to take part in every single point of the creative path, that includes a complete dress from a sketch on a piece of paper. Furthermore, the Academy is particularly focused on the complementary components that transform a dress in a luxury object: embroidery, knitwear, macramé, the felt, the hat and the accessory. At the end of his studies, a Koefia student shows a dress made during the last semester: throughout the fashion event “ALTAROMA ALTAMODA”.
