Pre-deal, we conduct strategic and operational due diligence, including development and execution of value creation plans. Post-deal, we work with portfolio company management teams to develop and implement high-impact initiatives that drive improvements in revenue growth, EBITDA margins and return on invested capital. In addition, we use our industry knowledge and network to proactively source private equity investment opportunities, primarily in the consumer, financial services and business services industries. When appropriate, we partner with other private equity sponsors and co-investors to bring these opportunities to fruition.
