Gretchen Hammer launched the Public Leadership Group, to support people who, by position or calling, are driven to improve the future and ensure that everyone in our communities has equal opportunity to thrive. We work with all sectors of civic life, supporting the public, private and philanthropic sector to make an impact. The public leaders with whom we work focus on a variety of issues including health care, early childhood development, education and community development. Importantly many of them work across sectors and issues to align and deliver efforts to support families and communities holistically. As a boutique firm, we offer four core services - Strategic Planning and Implementation, Policy and Program Design, Stakeholder Engagement and Facilitation and Leadership and Board Development. We also work with clients to develop custom consulting services to help them reach their goals. Improving the world is hard work.
