Jobs Bundaberg is a State funded initiative aimed at engaging regional employers, local industry groups, educational institutes and the council to identify trends and opportunities for workforce development. By aligning local stakeholders, skills gaps and opportunities can be identified to support economic growth specific to the Bundaberg region. Jobs Bundaberg intends to foster strong relationships between schools, parents, employers and local training providers to ensure training leads to real jobs within the community
