Public Opinion Research Unit (PORU) is an autonomous body operating under the University of Macedonia Research Institute (URI UoM) as a legal entity governed by the private law. PORU was founded in 2007 and since has conducted a numerous studies, qualitative and quantitative surveys. PORU conducts survey polls regularly and a wide range of news networks had referred to PORU’s findings (for example Bloomberg, The Economist, New York Times and in national level skai.gr and SKAI TV).
