Our minority owned social enterprise, Career Pipe, aims to solve the “bachelor’s bump” equitable-pay challenge by offering a roadmap for underserved college graduates to gain financial independence by becoming the best sales professionals in NYC. Career Pipe’s students complete a 6-week sales boot camp where they will learn the skills required to succeed in entry-level sales roles. Once complete, we place participants in roles within our corporate partnership network. Finally, we provide 1:1 guidance for them post-placement via a volunteer network of top/experienced NYC sales professionals.
