Mr. Johnston is a tax practitioner authorized to practice before the IRS in audits, appeals, and collections, and as a real estate broker licensed by the California Bureau of Real Estate. He currently represents taxpayers before the California Dept of Tax & Fees Administration (fka Board of Equalization) appealing from decisions by the Franchise Tax Board.
