We are a young HR-Startup settled in the middle of Leipzig and we create a new way of recruiting. 83% of all employees are not directly looking for a new job, but they are open for new, exciting challenges. Along with our “JobChallenges” there is also user-generated content which helps to bring together the right tasks, people and companies. Therefore, we create real tasks that are part of the everyday work of the future employee and share these challenges via social media to directly reach the passively-looking candidates.
