EMBA Realty, is a privately held, real estate development, investment and management firm based in Staten Island, New York. Founded in 2013 by President Anthony Vasaturo, EMBA develops and manages over 250,000 square feet of office and commercial space on Staten Island. EMBA strives to make conscientious real estate investments with the goal of contributing to the betterment of Staten Island.
