Parcival’s Ethical Leadership Programme has been designed to support and develop engaged leaders. Delivered entirely online, the course consists of six real-time sessions held over a six week period. The programme is delivered four times per year, with each cohort having a maximum of nine participants. This intentionally intimate group format allows participants the time and space that’s required to share personal insight and experience, and to grow together as a close-knit group. Parcival was founded in 2020 by executive coach Karen Liebenguth and leadership consultant Andrew McNeill. “We knew there was a lack of programmes available to leaders who wanted to increase their ethical leadership, and compassionately engage and inspire those around them.
