HYDERA is a joint venture between OURAY and Pacolet Milliken and is strategically located at the Charleston International Manufacturing Center (CIMC) in Goose Creek, South Carolina. CIMC is a multi-tenant heavy industrial site with 24-hour security with close access to the expanding port system and highway infrastructure.
