The community, which is managed by Gardant Management Solutions, is conveniently located on the south side of Hwy. 161, east of Airport Rd., in Centralia, Illinois. The home of Kaskaskia College, Centralia is located in the far southwestern portion of Marion County, 10 miles north of I-64 and 10 miles west of I-57, with portions of the City located in Clinton County. The emphasis at our community is on helping each resident maintain their health, wellness, dignity and independence. Heritage Woods of Centralia was presented with the 2017 Making a Difference Award by Gardant after receiving excellent satisfaction scores on the annual resident satisfaction survey.
