AACS Vision The Australian Association of Convenience Stores [AACS] is the peak body and champion for convenience retailing and a trusted source of relevant and reliable information on convenience related matters for the industry, media and government. AACS Mission The mission of the AACS is to enable the success of our members through facilitating Advocacy, Connection and Knowledge. • Advocacy: on such matters as crime, alcohol sales, tobacco regulation, eCigarettes, sugar and other potentially discriminatory taxes and regulations as well as areas of benefit to our industry • Connection: ensure that regular updates are provided to AACS members on relevant issues by way of eNewsletters, seminars, website updates and appropriate forum meetings • Knowledge: offering AACS members the opportunity to participate in programs and workshops relevant to the industry as well as broadening industry horizons through local and overseas study tours
