Hi, I'm Andra, transformational coach, community builder and founder of this coaching practice. As a coach, my goal is to help entrepreneurs to live & lead authentically, build resilience and achieve work-life harmony. For the past 8 years I've been working with entrepreneurs and community leaders on developing thriving entrepreneurial ecosystems around the world. I am an advocate for mental health and wellbeing in and outside the workplace and a true believer in the power of genuine self-exploration, as a means of overcoming challenges and creating deep emotional and behavioral shifts. I hold 1:1 online sessions with clients from across the world. My coaching is non-directive, client-led, and oriented towards achieving positive change and integrating long-lasting learnings.
