AccessArt is a UK registered charity (1104059) which aims to support, inspire and enable visual arts teaching, learning and practice. AccessArt was formed in 1999 by Paula Briggs and Sheila Ceccarelli, graduates of the RCA. Paula and Sheila continue to manage and direct the organisation, which works in partnership with schools, cultural organisation and individuals across the Uk and overseas.
