The company is engaged in offering Consultancy and Training in the areas of Automotive Innovations, Automotive Program Management, Product Engineering and Advanced Product Quality. In last two years, company has supported some of the leading Tier 1 companies in improving their Program Management Function and have improved implementation of the PM system. Have supported and undertaken system level programs to strengthen the PMO. Apart from Automotive Tier 1 companies, have supported one of India's leading engineering IT companies in their global programs with European, Japanese and US customers. Currently working on Advance Technology Programs for one of the leading Tier 1 companies in India in the Powertrain Area. In last 2 years, company has conducted training in the areas of Program Management, Powertrain Strategy, APQP, PFMEA, Powertrain Calibration, Automotive Innovations, etc. for various customers.
