Consistently better mechanical & metallurgical properties and better camber stability are achieved from this state of art facility. Fully automatic Parabolic cell equipped with gas fired furnace, CNC Servo controlled automatic Parabolic rolling machine, high pressure descaler, online straightening, multi station press produces high stress parabolic & air links. Two pass Automatic Stress Shot Peening machine compliments better fatigue life by inducing optimised residual stress results. Fully automatic paint line equipped with electrostatic ,reciprocator assisted high speed bell spraying system and baking oven ensures totally controlled process for excellent finish & optimum salt spray results.
