We are a non-profit organization focused on the needs of rental housing providers and vendors who serve them. It is important that we all work together to enhance the rental housing industry in the areas we serve. Our goal is to: * Promote the interests of rental housing owners & managers to State and Local Legislative bodies, news media & the general public; * Assist members in maintaining a code of ethical business standards to provide appropriate services to the renting public. * Provide the development of skills and knowledge to increase the professionalism of all our members. * Affiliate with the National Apartment Association to give all rental housing providers an advanced set of tools and resources to run a rental housing business.
