JET Private Capital LLC is a real estate investment company based in Seattle, WA with a focus on rentals, flips, and property management. We purchase distressed properties and rehab them back to like-new condition. We are proud of the quality of work we do and the difference in neighborhoods and communities that we make. JET Private Capital was founded in 2011 and closed on its first investment property in January of 2012– a triplex in Tacoma, WA that it still maintains as a rental today.
