My mission is to help frequent travellers and busy people, in the following ways: - Regain their energy and vitality to help them be productive and manage their busy lives - Inspire them with easy, healthy food ideas that anyone can do - Offer support in nutrition and lifestyle tips for dealing with stressful or high-lifeload periods, and combatting the effects of travel, particularly air travel - Bring clarity and focus to health goals - With in depth support & personalised plan for any health complaints, investigating root causes of any chronic health conditions. - Achieve more balance in the body and of the mind My particular areas of interest include: - Gut health - good digestive system function - Liver health - different detoxification pathways, such as methylation - Energy & Nervous systems - managing stress levels, supporting energy levels & optimal thyroid function - Reproductive health - preconception, fertility and pregnancy support - Immune system - allergies & intolerances, eczema, hay fever, asthma - Mental & Neurological Health - anxiety, depression, dementia - Functional testing to identify imbalances and root causes of sub-optimal health - Genetic testing, and the interplay between genes and our environment I work 1:1 with clients, generally on 90-day Wellbeing Programmes, but also 30-day Energise Programmes. I also run talks, workshops and small group programmes online.
