The Islington Company (TIC) is a letting agency with a down to earth and hands-on approach to property. We are a newly established business, but we do not want to conform. Our aim is to be recognised as the most dynamic, innovative and original in the industry. The core of our business is in property lettings and management in Islington and surrounding areas. We also have a large portfolio of very active buy-to-let landlords whom we assist with their prospective property purchases. This could vary from helping them find suitable investment properties to offering an independent rental price appraisal service. At The Islington Company we have an existing network of contractors that we use, trust and are happy to recommend; however, we are always keen to develop new B2B relationships. Knowledge is key. We take personal development very seriously, but also want to share our insights into the lettings market and the area that we are so passionate about; this quite naturally lead to a development of TIC Blog.
