We are a partnership of over 50 organisations committed to personalisation and community-based health, care, and support. Our partners span central and local government, the NHS, health and social care providers, and people who access care & support. We produce free resources and run policy forums on: building community capacity, market development, and self-directed support. We advise on co-production and support the sector to adopt Making it Real. All our work is co-produced with people who have experienced the care and support system (our National Co-production Advisory Group). TLAP actively unites commissioners, providers, and people to drive improvement and change across England.
