Dr. Grzegorz Rawicz-Mańkowski, CEO of MEGORY is active on Polish IT & consulting market since 2000. For many years he was working for SAS Institute as Marketing & Alliances Director and Executive Sales Director in Poland and member of Global External Communication Steering Committee of SAS Inc. He created SAS Academic Program involving some 60 universities and research institutions and about 5000 students. He was also Marketing Director of Qumak-Sekom SA (now Qumak SA), one of the biggest Polish IT integrator. He is author of some 100 articles (among others in Harvard Business Review Poland, Computerworld, CMO, it-manager, Polish Business Report, Business Intelligence, Home&Market) and co-author of some books (among others Business Informatics by S.Wrycza and Knowledge Management in Enterprise by B.Wawrzyniak). He is a lecturer and a speaker/chairman for many conferences, especially in the area of business intelligence, contact center, customer loyalty, churn management, green IT, customer care, sales & marketing, customer service and execution. He is cooperating with consultancy/training organizations: Success Across in the area of cross-cultural management and FranklinCovey in the area of strategy execution. He was studying in Poland and France. MBA IFG graduate. He was working abroad, among others in Royal Palace in Doha (Qatar).
