AReS (founded in 2003) is a specialized engineering & architecture/design studio. AReS is an ideas lab that deals with engineering, fire safety engineering, industrial design, interior design and architectural & urban planning. Regarding bulding fire safety the company works with performance based fire engineering methods. Advanced numerical simulation is at the basis of both architecture and fire engineering jobs. Several calculation codes are used: FDS, Pyrosim, BuildingExodus, DiaLux, etc.
