We operate a manual sortation system, which allows us to effectively process and deliver a wider variety of freight. We are then able to offer a variety of bespoke delivery service packages, ranging from Overnight and Economy, through to our 2Man service, with delivery to ‘Room of Choice’. All services are visible via the XDP online track and trace facility. We have a superior in-house IT support team which are at the forefront of customer experience technology, having launched the industry leading enhanced DriverX App, which revolutionised the delivery process of Irregular Dimension and Weight (IDW) freight, allowing more real time visibility for both our customers and their end users.
