This long established firm of Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents and Property Consultants offer a wide range of services. The firm has strong ties throughout Central Scotland but particularly in Fife, Perthshire, Angus, Stirlingshire, North Lanarkshire and The Lothians. McCrae & McCrae were one of the first companies to lot properties for sale. Rod McCrae started up the property search facility about seven years ago where we help propsective purchasers to source a property to buy or lease. Most of these properties are not on the open market. McCrae & McCrae have a comprehensive list of prospective purchasers and use personal contacts as well as a computerised estateware package to link sellers with potential purchasers.
