The Undergraduate Real Estate Club at Berkeley (UREC) is the only real estate-focused community for undergraduate students at UC Berkeley. UREC provides a rigorous semester-long analyst training program to provide students with the technical and professional skills needed to succeed in the industry. After the analyst program, UREC continues to partner with real estate firms to connect industry professionals with undergraduate students through networking socials, research projects, and on-campus events.
