The Lapeer County Community Foundation is a tax-exempt public charity created by and for the people of Lapeer County, Michigan. We build and manage permanent endowment funds to provide grants that enhance the quality of life in Lapeer County, now and for future generations. We are managed by a local volunteer Board of Trustees known for prudent stewardship and investment practices focused on long-term community needs. Established in 1996, the Foundation has given over $3.4 million back to brighten the lives of many in our community in areas such as education, healthcare, the arts, environment, and economy.
