Weltin Streb & Weltin represents individuals or groups of people in personal injury and wrongful death cases, wage and hour disputes, elder care and abuse cases, civil litigation, maritime cases, California workers' compensation claims (WCAB) and federal workers' compensation claims (OWCP) under the jurisdiction of the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act, Defense Base Act and Nonappropriated Fund Instrumentalities Act. The firm is staffed with six attorneys, a Longshore Specialist, two certified paralegals, two administrative/legal assistants, and a receptionist.
