More Info to come about ULC Overview University Learning Centers Foundaton (ULCF) is a 501(c)(3) public charity supported through donations, volonteers, external grants and service contracts. We customize our services to serve community partners needs by providing talented, trained, and motivated tutors who are content area specialists in areas of math, science, and literacy., ULCF was created out of a desire to unite college students with the local community. We sought to accomplish this through the service of college students who excelled in higher education and who longed to share their knowledge with others. The pilot program, STEM Club was created as an effort to further the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) in 2007.
