F3 Uranium Corp. is a Canadian-based uranium exploration company with a strong portfolio of highly prospective properties in Canada’s Athabasca Basin, the world’s leading source of high-grade uranium. The management team, with Dev Randhawa as CEO & Chairman and Ross McElroy as COO, President & Chief Geologist, is the team that founded Fission Uranium and made the Patterson Lake South (PLS) high-grade discovery. In April 2013 Fission Energy sold the majority of its assets to Denison Mines including its Waterbury Lake property and Fission Uranium Corp. was spun out of the deal with Denison.
