The Callan Method Group is based on the copyright works originally written by Mr Robin Callan and used around the world to teach English as a second language. The Callan Method is fast and effective and it particularly builds ability and confidence in understanding and speaking English. The Method was updated in 2012 and in addition to the 12 books in the series there is now interactive student practice material available online to students at Callan Accredited schools. The books are also available as apps on iOS, Android, PC and Mac platforms. Callan Online is a web-based platform enabling students who wish to learn English to find and book online lessons with Callan Method tutors. We continue to invest in the Method with specialist courses – Callan for Business and Callan for Kids – and the development of Callan Espanol, the first non-English language Callan Method product. All our products are based on the core Callan principles of revision, fluency and constant correction together with a focus on students speaking the language right from the start. More than 1 million people have learned English with the Callan Method and this number is growing with more language schools signing up for Callan Accreditation and more students coming to the Method online.
