Grafoventures is a family-owned investment firm that invests in SMBs in the software and IT industry across Southeast Europe. We make minority investments, supporting them operationally after the investment in going public, scaling on the market and managing the “next step” of their lifecycle. Track record Active since 2011, we have invested in 4 companies. They all resulted in 4 IPOs on the Italian Stock Exchange and on Vienna Stock Exchange. Since we started our collaboration, our companies raised more than 20M$ and executed more than 10 cross border acquisitions. Asset management We also invest in stocks of prospective listed IT and software companies and are particularly focused on Small/Micro/Nano Caps. We find and invest our money in unnoticed small caps in the software and IT industry.
