Music is a vital part of daily routine, but it's true potential has not been discovered or made easily available. That was until a DeSales University student, Spencer Daugherty, dreamed about creating an unconventional way of treating anxiety and depression through music. He finds that “music has the indescribable ability to encourage a person’s emotions and sparks energy levels” which creates a productive mentality. However, it is the organization and delivery of tempo, rhythm, and melody to effectively treat a wide range of emotions, energies, and perspectives. The main questions that arise from this must answer what musical factors help each state and how can these states become simplified.
