The presence of the Banking Foundations, and their institutional activity, reflects positively on the origination process of new investment opportunities as well as on the valorisation process of real estate assets. REAM SGR has established a thin management structure, specialized both in the financial and real estate sectors. This ensures fast and efficient decision and control processes, to allow for the gradual development of a large and assorted portfolio of assets, diversified in terms of risk, return and asset class. As of today, REAM SGR manages a total of eight closed real estate investment funds, with a total asset under management of more than euro 1 bln.
