We are approved applicators for Modified Bitumen Roofing, EPDM rubber, Cold process restoration, hot/cold built-up roofing, PVC plastic roofing, and pre-painted metal roofing of all types. Crawford Roofing Corporation also has a sheet metal division with an array of machinery comprised of slitters, folding beams and computerized & automated CNC units to accurately measure, fabricate metal products for immediate installation following the completion of any roofing project. Crawford Roofing Corporation also possesses an on site fully operational mechanics bay and team that services our vehicles and machinery to ensure full safety and regulatory compliance. Our location also has an 8000 sq/ft climate controlled warehouse to store materials and stock as well as a 15,000 sq/ft outdoor yard that is used for storage, parking as well as the housing of our in house propane refuelling station. Crawford Roofing Corporation has a wide selection of equipment ranging from Asphalt tankers, to mechanical equipment such as enforcer mechanical roof system extractors, motorized roof cutters, motorized gravel buggies, motorized power sweepers, forklifts and skid steer loaders as well as lifting equipment comprised of static and swing hoists. Crawford Roofing operates its own waste management division with its Mack Trucks, whose capacity allows us to not only drop and pick up bins of varying capacities, but also allows us to pick up and move entire operations and equipment from one site to the next.
