The World Swimming Coaches Association exists to: • Be the voice of coaches worldwide with national and international organisations, especially FINA; • Educate coaches through online newsletters, in-person and online clinics, and training camps; • Recognise coaches at all levels for outstanding achievement in swimmer development; • Fight against doping and corruption in our sport; • Encourage the development of swimming facilities that are easily maintained and meet standards for both learn-to-swim and competitive swimming
