We carry out complete project management, including; design, engineering, coordination of services, detailed programming and quantity surveying. We have a highly qualified and experienced team for all aspects of project delivery. We programme and plan each project in detail and inline with other trade contractors, producing working drawings from detailed designs. We maintain a hands-on approach to project management of all works, during the pre-construction activities right through to final testing, commissioning and handover. Decimo focus on providing a seamless service of on site management, programming and cost control to ensure our projects are delivered on time and to budget.
