The Codicote team consists of builders, construction planners and client project managers with several decades of experience with major companies including Westfield, Concrete Constructions, Lendlease, Multiplex, Leighton, Mace Group, Walton, Balfour Beatty, Costain and Wimpey Engineering & Construction. Prior to founding Codicote, Dave Jenkins worked in construction for Tier One builders for 25 years. The Codicote team’s extensive experience at the building coalface and solid understanding of construction technology and processes are at the core of the unique position we occupy as a specialist service for developers, builders and trade contractors.
