Let’s Break the Shame is a mental health foundation operating worldwide. We help those who struggle with mental illness or their mental health in general. We do this through programs in schools and events in which experience by experts share their journeys with regard to depression, anxiety, eating disorders and traumas. Besides that, we implement mental wellbeing programs in companies in which we focus on stress, burnout, connecting team members, and providing tools to create a safer work environment.
