Louis Lolli is the founder of Discover HR Consulting and has 10 plus years of experience in the Human Resources (HR) profession. Louis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management and a Master of Business Administration from Liberty University. He has also earned the SHRM Senior Certified Professional, SHRM Certified Professional, and HRCI Professional in Human Resources certifications which demonstrate competency in the field of HR. He currently serves as an Officer in the Colorado Army National Guard and partners with non-profit organizations who are making a positive impact both locally and abroad. Louis, his wife, and their four children enjoy adventurous activities such as hiking and kayaking. His hope is to have the privilege of partnering with you in your HR endeavors!
