Almasons was established in the year 2013 with a goal to provide simplified warehouse management solutions. Our founders had spent many years as SAP consultants and integrators and used that experience to conceive of a new way to connect and implement new WMS and ERP technological extensions. We are headquartered in Suwanee, Georgia (near Atlanta) and our main development and operational centers are in Bangalore and Mangaluru, India. Our core system is known as The Almasons Platform and it provides connectivity and data exchange services to WMS, ERP, TMS, and CRM backend systems. A set of software modules work in concert with the Platform to provide connectivity to servers supporting voice-directed warehouse solutions, automated conveyance systems, next generation wearables, and robotics. Additional modules provide Customer Contact Extensions (eSign, text messaging, automated voice calls), supervisor dashboards and heatmaps, and application modules for manufacturing and logistics functions. Our Platform include pre-built picking and loading logic and can also control the setup and operation of the user experience for both warehouse workers and supervisors or pass the required data to 3rd party warehouse worker applications. The Platform is device agnostic, supporting various user device types (traditional handheld barcode readers, voice-directed systems, next generation wearable systems) as well as robotics, and conveyer controllers. Minimal WMS and ERP integration effort is required, and our systems are typically deployed within just a few weeks.
